The Karpet King 103 AERO aircraft carpet sewing machine has been designed to easily serge aircraft carpet at high speeds, and is ideal for both internal and external corners, as well as long runs as found in the seating area of aircraft.

The KK103 carpet whipping machine is perfect for the internal and external corners found in commercial and private aircraft and easily produces the one of the neatest and most versatile finishes, operating at high speed of up to 3000 stitches per minute.
As with all of the machines in our range, the 103 AERO can operate with synthetic and natural yarns, including BCF, polypropylene, polyester, or wool.
The KK103 AERO is fitted with a pneumatically-operated foot lift and pneumatic tension release mechanisms, making it easier to operate, and to manage the carpet whilst operating.
The KK103 AERO also comes fitted as standard with an external stitch adjusting mechanism, which makes light and quick work of adjusting the stitch length on the fly.
