Designed specifically to sew the intricate internal corners found in aircraft carpets, as well as standard straight runs at high speed up to 3,000spm, the KK102 AERO is easily the fastest and most capable machine on the market.

The KK102 AERO aircraft carpet whipping machine is perfect for sewing / serging the intricate shapes found in commercial and private aircraft and easily produces one of the neatest finishes, even on 90-degree internal edges.
The 102 is specifically designed with internal corners in mind and is fitted with an overhead turret design, which provides the ultimate in internal clearance over any other machine on the market, giving a more professional finish.
The Karpet King 102 AERO is fitted with a pneumatically operated foot lift and pneumatic tension release mechanisms, making it easier to operate, and manage the carpet whilst operating.
The 102 AERO also comes fitted with an external stitch adjusting mechanism as standard, which makes light and quick work of adjusting the stitch length on the fly.
